Works

• OpenTaberna A headless, open-source web shop you run on your own server. The shop is an API; the storefront and the back office are just two of its clients. No paid edition hiding the useful parts.
• APIC-Modmode A gaming PC configurator platform: pick the parts, get a build that actually fits together.
• Internal Operations Platform A full-stack platform that centralised company operations and replaced several external tools at once. The biggest single thing I have built.
• atlas A self-hosted model-serving stack: an OpenAI-compatible API, repeatable capability benchmarks for the locally served models, and a metrics poller.

Side quests

• open Skunkforce e.V. I lead a small developer team, coordinate the association’s open-source work, and help host emBO++ and KiCon in Bochum every year.
• daily My health and diet system, operated by agents and read by me: a journal of meals and symptoms, a versioned food catalogue and shopping automation, with an MCP server.
• gym-bro My training companion. Tracks the lifts so I don’t have to remember them.
• homelab The rack at home where ideas get tested, broken and rebuilt before they ever get near production.
